Terms of Service
1. Your purchase is subject to verification, availability of stock and feasibility of distribution to the shipping address indicated by you.
I. If your shopping cart contains more than one product, these are the offices of the parceled form, the part of your purchase in a first office and the rest in another.
II. Our commitment to delivery depends on the destination of the delivery, the delivery time is up to 5 business days from the next business day of purchase, for shipments in the Metropolitan Region of Chile and up to 7 business days from the next business day of purchase, for the rest of the regions. This delivery period does not apply to regions XI, XII and XV.
III. For inquiries about the dispatch it must be sent through the contact form of the website.
2. Each dispatch you allow up to 2 delivery attempts at the shipping address indicated by you. In case you can not specify the delivery in any of the attempts, customer service personnel will contract with you to reschedule the delivery.
3. At the time of receipt, you should visually see the general condition of the packaging. The name, ID and the signature of the client in the transport order will be our verification of the conformity in the reception.
4. In the event that the product is received by a third party (family, household counselors, janitors, butler, etc.) and is signed in the transport order, Quintay Straps understands that the product was received in full compliance.
5. The guarantee of the products must be managed directly by you, in the Authorized Technical Services of the brands. Information that can be requested through our web form.
6. The costs incurred by the client for the management of the guarantee of their product (transfers, telephone, etc.) are the responsibility of the latter.
